By creating an account or booking a flight, hotel, or visa service through Andromeda Voyage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Bookings and payments
Prices are shown before you confirm a booking and include any applicable taxes at the time of booking. Payment is processed through our supported payment partners; a booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation terms vary by fare or rate plan and are shown before you book. Refundable bookings are refunded to the original payment method; non-refundable bookings may be cancelled but are not eligible for a refund unless the airline or property's own policy says otherwise.
4. Visa applications
Visa assistance covers document review, application preparation, and status tracking. Final approval of any visa application rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate — we cannot guarantee approval or processing times.
5. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Property listers
Listers of properties on the platform are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, and pricing. We verify new listers before their listings go live, and may suspend a listing that violates these terms or receives repeated valid complaints.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for fraudulent bookings, to scrape or resell listings without permission, or in any way that violates applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
Andromeda Voyage facilitates bookings with third-party airlines, properties, and visa authorities. We're not liable for their acts, delays, or cancellations, though our support team will help you resolve issues wherever we can.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
